I have broad experience as a coordinator in the meeting & event field, effectively applying my skills to educational seminars, business conferences, trade shows, and special events across a spectrum of industries. I successfully collaborate with team members and industry suppliers to consistently produce high quality programs. My meeting and event coordination skills include budgeting, site selection, hotel negotiations, logistics coordination, registration, marketing, speaker coordination, and on-site management. I am a self-motivated, exceptionally organized individual with finely tuned time-management and multi-tasking skills. I think quickly on my feet, troubleshoot with grace, and present a professional, confident demeanor. My work experience includes coordinator positions with The Permanent Medical Group, University of California-Office of the President, Wells Fargo, California Society of CPAs, and Virgo Publishing, Inc. After completing two B.A. degrees at San Francisco State University, I earned the Professional Meeting Planning Certificate through SFSU, College of Extended Education, and held the CMP designation for five years.
